I acknowledge that I am involved in the tt100 Business Innovation Awards programme an adjudicator. I acknowledge that (a) Da Vinci Technology Top 100 Business Innovation Awards Programme (“TT100”) has undertaken to protect as confidential and to prevent disclosure of certain non- public information that may be disclosed by the participants for the Da Vinci Technology Top 100 Business Innovation Awards Programme and (b) certain of the information that may come to knowledge in relation to the Da Vinci Technology Top 100 Business Innovation Awards Programme is non-public information that may reasonably be regarded as confidential to Da Vinci Technology Top 100 Business Innovation Awards Programme (collectively, the “Confidential Information”).

I undertake that I will not disclose the Confidential Information to any person other than as is entirely necessary for the performance of the functions I have been engaged to perform in relation to the Da Vinci Technology Top 100 Business Innovation Awards Programme. The only exception to the foregoing will be in circumstances where I am compelled by operation of law to effect such disclosure. I acknowledge that a failure to comply with the foregoing may cause Da Vinci Technology Top 100 Business Innovation Awards Programme to suffer loss.
I agree that this is the entire undertaking given by myself in favour of Da Vinci Technology Top 100 Business Innovation Awards Programme in relation to the Confidential Information and there is no other agreement between myself and Da Vinci Technology Top 100 Business Innovation Awards Programme in relation to the Confidential Information that would entitle me to disclose the Confidential Information outside the terms of this undertaking. Furthermore, I agree that no relaxation or waiver of any of the terms of this undertaking by Da Vinci Technology Top 100 Business Innovation Awards Programme will be in any way effective unless contained in writing signed by Da Vinci Technology Top 100 Business Innovation Awards Programme.
